To give every dog a calm and positive start to their day, Muttropolis operate scheduled drop-off and collection windows.
Each dog will be allocated a regular arrival time when they join us.
staggering arrivals allows our team to welcome every dog individually, complete a quick wellbeing check and help them settle comfortably into their play group.
Scheduled collections also help us keep the daycare calm and prevent unnecessary excitement when owners arrive.

Arrivals after 9.00am are available by prior arrangement.
Your dog's allocated drop-off and collection will be included in your booking information and reminders. We understand that routines can occasionally change, so alternative times may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
