Muttropolis is the next chapter in a journey that began in 2006, when Chris & Nicola, originally from Prestatyn, moved to the United States and built a pet care business from the ground up.

Over the next 17 years, we ran a successful boutique dog boarding, daycare, grooming, and spa-style business, caring for thousands of dogs and building a trusted reputation for safe, structured, and enriching care.

Specialising in carefully selected and thoughtfully matched daycare groups, we worked with dogs of all personalities — from playful social butterflies to calmer old souls — always focusing on safety, balance, enrichment, and genuine love for what we do.

Now we’re excited to bring that experience, passion, and love of dogs back home to North Wales as we begin our next dog-filled adventure with Muttropolis.
