Not every dog is suited to group daycare, and this does not mean a dog has done anything wrong.

Before joining regular daycare, dogs may need to complete a suitability check, assessment, trial day, or other introduction process.

Muttropolis reserves the right to decide whether a dog is suitable for group daycare, Stay Care, private hire, or any other service based on safety, welfare, behaviour, temperament, health, and the overall balance of the group.

Dogs attending Muttropolis will be expected to meet health and vaccination requirements.

Final requirements will be confirmed before services begin.

Owners may be required to provide proof of vaccination, health information, emergency contact details, veterinary details, and other relevant information before their dog can attend.
