Meet the Hero Match App

The Hero Match App has been designed and developed in-house by the Muttropolis team to help us really get to know your dog before they join us.

Every dog is different. Some love energetic group play, while others prefer a gentler pace, smaller friendship groups or a little more personal space. By learning about your dog’s personality, behaviour, confidence, energy level and favourite ways to play, we can place them with the dogs they are most likely to feel happy and comfortable around.

When completing your dog’s profile, please be as thorough and honest as possible. The more information you give us, the better we can understand your dog and find their perfect pack. Even small details—such as how they respond to unfamiliar dogs, what makes them nervous, whether they enjoy sharing toys or how they behave when excited—can help us make a safer and more suitable match.

There are no right or wrong answers, and the information you provide will never be used to judge your dog. It simply helps us understand their individual needs, avoid unsuitable groupings and create the best possible daycare experience for them.

Once you have registered your details, please take your time completing every section of your dog’s profile. Together with our in-person assessment and ongoing observations, the Hero Match App will help us place your dog in the group where they can play, socialise, build confidence and truly feel at home.
